Oh yeah, the iPhone 4 shoots very good video. I even used it to shoot all my vacation vids this past summer. Of course as you know, the angular resolution is severely limited by the small diameter of the lens. But, the image is smooth and clean, with nice contrast.
And as for this vid, not only is the surface tension per se very interesting, but the behavior of the coins also makes a nice demonstration of an emergent attractive force.
